Covington Associates is a private bank specializing in assisting with corporate mergers and acquisition deals. "Tombstones," glass and lucite plaques with company logos and other pertinent information etched onto them, are used by banks to commemorate the completion of a deal. For the Covington Associates website, digital tombstones were created for each deal conducted in the bank's 20-year history.
These digital tombstones are the primary focus of the site; displayed as both a list of the most recent deals, and also broken down by industrial sector. Extensive cross-linking of all pages, including the deals and their press releases, allows the site to function as a media center. Supporting content creates an organized archive of all public-facing information, as well as providing information about the bank, its practices, and its employees.

The homepage provides a quick description of the bank's history, practices, and specialties. An area for news and updates allows recent deals to be showcased, and a promotional area allows the bank to promote larger, longer-term accomplishments.
Photos of employees are selected at random every time the homepage is loaded, helping to communicate the bank's commitment to personal service and individualized attention.
Tombstones of recent deals are displayed in chronological order, and also broken down into their appropriate industrial sector.
Pertinent information is included with each tombstone, including links to the deal's press release and any other details.
A list of all bank employees demonstrates the bank's dedication to personalized service, and allows it to demonstrate their employees' achievements in the field.
Information such as published articles and hosted events are posted, and cross-linked where applicable.
